• Class registration — credentials (RN, LPN, student status), employer or hospital name, and shipping address for materials.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Communications — emails, texts, or messages you send to us.

Information collected automatically

• Browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, and referring URL — collected by our analytics tools to improve the website.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver classes, courses, and coaching you book.
• Process payments and send receipts.
• Issue certificates of completion (AWHONN, AHA BLS, NRP, etc.).
• Send class confirmations, reminders, prerequisites, and follow-ups.
• Send email newsletters and educational content (only if you opt in).
• Respond to questions, support requests, and group/hospital quote inquiries.
• Comply with legal, tax, and certification reporting requirements.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the trusted service providers we use to run the business:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Systeme.io — booking, course delivery, and email automation at learn.goalsnmynd.com.
• Calendly — scheduling discovery calls and quote calls.
• Google Workspace — email and calendar.
• AWHONN / American Heart Association / AAP — when required to report course completions and issue official certificates or eCards.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Legal authorities — only when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

4. Affiliate Relationships

GoalsNMynd participates in affiliate referral programs with wellness product partners. When you click an affiliate link on our site and make a purchase on the partner's website, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Those partners have their own privacy policies that govern any data you share with them directly.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide services and meet legal, tax, and certification record-keeping obligations — typically 7 years for financial records and indefinitely for issued certificates so we can re-issue them on request.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (like checkout) may not work properly without them.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure password storage, and trusted third-party processors. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
